One of the greatest challenges interpreters face is to remain impartial and to avoid bias and perceived bias. Interpreters should refrain from the following:
Providing personal advice, opinion, or comments;
Leaving out offensive languages during interpretation;
Befriending or advocating for any party;
Dining out or otherwise going out with one party alone.
Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our translation or transcription services, please let us know and we will make necessary corrections free of charge. If after all ratifying measures you are still not satisfied, we can issue you a refund.
If you are not satisfied with our interpreter’s performance during on-site interpretation, please let us know as early as possible. We will try all we can to provide you with a qualified substitute free of charge.
